Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each Sunshine Express box is custom-curated for your ministry, we are unable to offer full refunds once your order has been processed.

However, we will always make things right if:
- Your order arrives damaged or incomplete.
- You receive an incorrect item or quantity.
- Shipping delays exceed our stated fulfillment window.


Refund Process:
If an issue occurs, email sunshineexpressorders@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your box. Include your order number and photos of any issues. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your box may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
